Lowongan Kerja Corporate Finance Associate - Orange Management

Orange Management is a corporate finance firm engaged both in principal investments and corporate advisory. Our portfolio consists of several companies in energy, shipping, property, fashion and mobile survey & research. We are building a team of professionals with extensive experience in transactions as well as developing businesses.

1) Corporate Finance VP
•    Master Degree or MBA from top tier overseas schools or University Indonesia (UI) or Institute of Technology Bandung (ITB) is required
•    Min 5 years experience in Corporate Finance and M & A
•    Strong numeracy and reasoning skills, together with an understanding of accounting and financial concepts, are essential to success in the role
•    Proven analytical, computer and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to report and communicate at all levels within an organization.

2) Corporate Finance Associate
•    Bachelor Degree from top tier overseas schools or UI or ITB is required, preferably in Business Finance
•    Min 2 years experience in Corporate Finance: expertise in financial analysis and valuation modeling
•    Excellent computer skills (including Excel and PowerPoint) are a must

3) Project Manager for Survey and Research
•    Bachelor Degree from top tier overseas schools or UI, or ITB or IPB is required, preferably in statistic, math or business
•    Min 5 years experience in marketing and project management, preferably in research company
•    Excellent computer skills (including Excel and PowerPoint) are a must
