M-I Indonesia is a Schlumberger Company - a worldwide company representing a broad array of business lines providing Drilling Fluid, Solids Control, Waste Management, Wellbore Productivity and Production Technology Solutions to our clients who are active in the Exploration and Production of Hydrocarbons In Indonesia.

We have job openings for the following positions and seek applicants who possess the minimum job qualifications as follows:

ENGINEERING CORDINATOR
•    Key Responsibilities:
•    Main job will be to plan and coordinate crews for all projects and work sites in Indonesia.
•    Arrange flights, travel and accommodation tor engineers (national and expatriate) in route.
•    Arrange proper visas, work permits and liaises closely with formalities group lot expatriate requirements.
•    Oversees the execution of projects and meet the objectives.
•    Works closely with sales, services and operations to help support customers needs

Job Qualifications:
•    University degree in Engineering with experience in oil & gas industry would be considered an asset. Similar technical qualification is acceptable
•    Strong analytical, organizational and problem solving skills
•    Good leadership/management skills
•    Willing to work irregular hours and overtime

PROCUREMENT SPECIALIST
Key Responsibilities:
•    Maintain the strategic procurement and commercial supports
•    Develop supply strategies for drilling and completion fluids markets
•    Research and develop sourcing and/or product alternatives if needed
•    Responsible for product negotiations and contract administration in line with global procurement policy
•    Select and Audit vendors according to companies vender approval and quality control standards

Job Qualifications:
•    University degree with minimum 5 years of related experience in material purchasing and tendering in the oil & gas industry
•    Must be detail oriented with a high level of accuracy. Possess the will to work co-operatively with others, within and across functions. Advanced knowledge of logistics
•    Strong analytical and problem solving skills
•    Good leadership/management skills
