MARKETING GM

This job contributes to Starbucks success by defining strategy, processes, and procedure, and by managing and setting direction for the Marketing teamShe will be a 35-45 year old bands-on charismatic leader, able for wide range of tasks, from making espresso in the store level to presenting a strategic vision to the Shareholders.Responsible to develop and documents marketing strategies with other business units, field teams and departments to meet business objectives: to identify and tracks success metrics and program performance measures to evaluate program effectiveness and to integrate into future initiatives: and to present marketing strategies, execution details and performance results to leadership and other departmentsHas solid background in Retail marketing planning and management.

SUPPLY CHAINS GM

She will be a 35-45 year old and contributes to Starbucks success by leading a team of supply planners in the development of production or supply plans and managing product inventories to meet business objectives and profitability goalsWorking with automated procurement and inventory control systemsProgressive experience in planning, forecasting and inventory management, preferable in a manufacturing, consumer goods or distribution environmentGood knowledge in supplier management

REAL ESTATE MANAGER (FOR SURABAYA/BALI)

This job contributes to Starbucks success by assisting business development head in identifying, prioritizing, and developing new sites for Starbucks retails storesShe will assist with researching and analyzing now and existing submarkets through broker networks, new market surveys and visitsCoordinate and tracks renewals, relocations expansions, early termination, store closures, estoppels, storage agreements, signage agreements, subleases and lease amendmentsFacilitates negotiations with landlord regarding lease issues
